help removing lower grill

hi there peeps, just wanying some advice on best way to removing the lower grill from my mk2 leon fr??? (before i break it) haha

think i need a more in depth guide on how to take the grill insert out..........

i removed mine and broke it in the end the part near the number plate would not come out. It cost me £30 for the grill. Best of luck they are very tight. Kev
