Hid flickers when turned on

Hey everyone brought a hid kit for my 2003 leon cupra fitted yesterday and noticed on my drive back once parked my driver side hid is flickering constantly but didn't do it when i fitted them straight away !! Would anyone know the solution to this ? Much appreciated

Cheap ballast, send it back for a replacement

Kl thanks ! Happened this morning when i went to work and when i. Came back but after a while it was fine !
