Hids for LCR

I havnt look'd what fitment the bulbs are because im lazy but im guessing theyr either H4 or H7 for the LCR. Has anyone got HIDS on theyr leons on here? im going to buy some next week as ive had them on most of my cars. I cant remember having a problem with them but do they fail the MOT on the leons if i had 6000k? pics and advice greatfull

H7 fitment required. I've got 6k and never had a problem with passing mot, been fitted for years.
Used to have H7R anti glare bulbs but changed to normal H7 as I didn't like the way they only seemed to light up the top half the lens.

Ahhh ok thanks allot mate. reason i asked with MOT was because my mate had some on his ibiza and they failed him for them but i might have been 8000k. thanks again

MOT depends on where you go, I've had 2 MOTs done on my car and not failed on them, the tester said as long as theres a beam thats within the rules and they're not blue, then he'll pass it also, mine were already fitted when I bought the car, I've had it just about 2 1/2 years and not had a bulb go yet and the lights are used at least 5 days out of 7 as I go to work when its dark and more often than not come home when its dark (winter months), I was forever changing standard bulbs in my other cars
