High Pitch Noise

After installing a dynatwist to a mk4 ibiza cupra, it has now developed a high pitch sound which last for 15-30 seconds.

The high pitch sound happens when I turn the key to the ignition stage where all the light come on ie, epc, airbag , park brake, etc. When i start the engine, the engine mangment light doesn't come on.

Electrical sound/whistling sound/whining sound?

While the engine is not running it sounds eletrical. Apart from installing the dynatwist, I diconnected the battery, and now my amp doesn't work.
