Had my car serviced by Hobin on the 9th they collected the car from my old mans place of work, gave it its first service and found the fault i had with my spare key. The part was not available untill thursday so a courtesy car was dropped off with my old man.

On thursday my car was dropped off with my old feller serviced, repaired and cleaned throughout.

customer service was second to none!

Great job, No complaints 4star service

I was in there on weds 10th for a test drive, ended up with a gorgeous red fr+!

Got to say a big thanks to Terry. No BS, great service, knows his stuff and a top bloke to boot! Cheers!

yes it was terry who saw to me he is very good at his job. is ur fr+ second hand or new? im sure u will enjoy every minute of driving in it, i think there an awesome car.

second hand mate,55 plate, 9.5k on the clock, and absolutely mint. Never been out of it since, loving it!

I got mine last january so is just turning 12months and has done the same mileage apart from my alloys are scuffed, mainly beacuse the pirelli p6000 that it came with dont protect the alloy like most low profile alloy tyres do! and ther very hard to get hold of!

mine still has the pirelli's on the back, but has a new set of Millenium Stars on the front. The only place i can find that sells them is National (so cant find much info). My first impressions of the tyres are great though, stick to the road like sh*t on a blanket, have to try VERY hard to lose traction, even in the wet!

had a courtesy call from Terry this morning asking if all was ok, told him i had a few chips and needed a touch-up pen, told me he would order one without hesitation.

10 mins later had another call telling me they had one in stock and he put it aside for me! went to pick it up and got a discount too! £2.98!

I bought my Ibiza FR from Hobin in Preston in March 2005 - great sales service, but not even as much as a follow up courtesy call to ask how things were with the car.
They are able to continually send me tons of junk mail trying to sell me a newer car though!!

I take it to IMG in Warrington for all the servicing work and warranty jobs purely for that reason!

Had a problem with my 56 plate Leon FR, took it in 3 times before they finally ordered the part wouldn't listen to me when I told them it wasn't the problem that they thought it was! I'm no mechanic but I know which warning light has come on because I can read a manual. Talked to me in a patronising way until I let rip then they seemed ok. Still waiting for the replacement part (admittedly not their fault).

Service manager Mark is very good and returns calls when he says he will. Will probably go to IMG in future which isn't really convenient for work.
