Holders in Congresbury - Excellent Service

Had my first service yesterday at Holders in Congresbury and was very pleased. The service was free as previously agreed with SEAT UK but they were happy to correct the steering wheel alignment as well free.

While I was waiting a lady came in with a warning light showing, this was assessed and advice given free of charge as well.

This and several cups of free coffee all contributed to making me believe this is a businesss which appears to care about customer service. I'll be happy to use them again.

I travelled down to them to get my Altea after shocking service by various dealers in the West Midlands. Service off them was first class. Bit far to travel for a service though for me and the local Skoda dealer has a really good reputation so it could be going there or to an independent somewhere, most likely Midlands VW in Cannock depending on how is the cheapest.

Similar feeling to my past experiences with them then. I have mentioned on here before I think they are a great garage and not at all costly considering its a main dealer franchise.

Have not actually bought a car from them but nearly did (Ibiza Cupra Tdi) and I found this a good experience too. Not too pushy and reasonable on sticker prices/part ex quotes etc.

I've used them for years and have nothing but praise for the service I've received. I would travel further if I had to, but luckily they are my nearest dealer anyway.
