also have a question. I take it you fitted them yourself:

so when you take out the old shocks and springs you take them out in one piece yes?

Do you need a spring clamp for fitting them or not?

Sorry for the late reply m8. I will get some pics up tomoro cars coverd in snow .
No took it out in 1 piece. All i used was a socket set, allen keys and a tape measure took me about 5 hours to do.
