How many miles do you get on a full tank?

Pathetic

averaging 30-32mpg regardless
Even on a long trip
That's quite low, mine is a 2L 190 dsg, and i wasn't too impressed by the 375 miles i got.
Btw most of the mileage i did was with 2 adults and two over 7yr olds.

Pushing 600 miles on my 2.0TDI 150PS DSG estate, not driving like Miss Daisy, but at a sensible and legal speed. Signficantly better than the 1.6TDI manual (remapped to 140PS) that I had before. Adblue range never seems to change.

Thats really impressive, maybe the air in your country is better than UK lol
I'm older and drive like a tart sometimes... but generally: by looking far ahead so you can react in time and not pounding the pedal all the time will get you this far

As a rule I don't fill to the brim nor let it run very low, but the one tank record for my 1.5TSi 150 EVO
Golf wagon, (DADA) stands at 506 miles when on holiday last year, 4-up and with a lot of luggage.
Computer stated around 15 miles of range left, (using 97 octane Sainsbury petrol, Stage 1 remap)

I don't think the MPG display is accurate on mine, when I'm purely driving to/from work my MPG is 43 and I get exactly 500 miles out of a tank, actual conversion puts it around 45MPG. If I'm doing a longer journey it can be 500-550 with the right driving.
The missus' 2.0TDI did 650 miles last year on a tank, all motorway with ACC. Dover to Biddinghuizen and back on one tank felt good considering the fuel prices over there

Yesterday I drove a return trip of 32 miles, mainly on a hilly 50 mph limit road with approx a total of 6 miles in 30 limits. My car showed a 'from start' mpg of 56.2mpg. Usually it's around 50-52 for this journey, but this time, on the way in the 50 I was stuck behind a car driving at 35 & slowing to 25 for many of the bends (I would usually have been at 40-50).
I've never seen 50 on my 1.5 in my life.
30-35

Odd time just touching 40.

Yeah no idea why its so bad.

No matter how much I drive, its always averaging 30ish regardless of being on a long journey.

Tried everything.

hello everyone,
I average around 160-180 miles per tank on my MY19 Cupra 290, i was just wondering if this is normal or not?
I have a 1.6 tdi 2015 it says 390 range when I full tank it end of the month but only get about 250 if I’m lucky I do mainly city driving and try my best to be sensible and drive economically. Surely it shouldn’t be giving more miles than this ?? Had it serviced recently aswell didn’t make a difference
