Ive been uming and arring if to sell my car or not so i can afford a deposit on a house :(
i dont really want to sell and will miss it :(.
Its a
2010/59 Ibiza 1.4 TSI FR.
13,000 miles
F/S/S/H
Candy White

its due its 14,000 mile service soon and will be done.

how much do you think i could get for the car? i have a ruff figure in my head but just want to see what other people think its worth.:D

Think i might put it up for 10.995 as i will be happy with that and will leave me abit left over to get a run around for a while. will be sad to see it go.

For comparison, my FR TDI was valued by Glass's at £13,350 last week. Its a 10 plate with 400 miles on the clock. Before I bought from the dealer.

I would guess somewhere between £10k-£11k for a private sale. Knock about £1k-£1.5k off for trade price?

i would love to do a straight swap with you lol my 1.4 for yours lol

A big scottish motor company was selling a 1.4 tsi in red with 8k on the clock for £9995. It was in good nick as well and had been serviced. I was tempted to buy it but need the economy. I know the managing director as well, so would have got a good bit off that price. Hope this helps.

i spoke to someone who buys his cars from scotland ways because there cheaper than around our ways.

think i will put it up for 10,995 and get knocked down from there.:( if i sell it for 10,995 i havnt lost much :D

scotland is actually more expensive than down south as there is a bigger market down there for cars and there are more people. Also applies to small independant garages in towns and car supermarkets/big dealers in cities. Small independant will always be more expensive as usually no competition whereas big dealer in the city always cheaper as they will more than likely have nearby competition and have bigger buying power.

South tends to be the cheapest for cars. I'd imagine you'd get about £10k - £11k for yours. Might be worth contacting a few SEAT dealers to see if they would buy it from you?
