How much power will 1.2Bar make on BAM?

Well from memory that is about peak sustainable boost so I would say about 270 BHP on a reliable RR and about the same if not a bit more in torque

Loosely speaking, how much power can i reasonably expect to see on a BAM engine with K04 turbocharger at 1.2Bar boost?
Cheers

Why only 1.2bar boost?

With a remap, the only part in the rev range that will see 1.2 bar is the range between 5500-6500 rpm. 5500 = 1.2bar 6000 = 1.1bar 6500=1bar

Turbo cannot push 1.2bar all the way to the red line.

Normal remap spikes at about 1.6bar at around 3000rpm and then drops in stages like aboves example

The answer to your question, not a lot on only 1.2bar as you'll be making little torque.

however bhp is torque x revs. so if you had linear bar across all revs you would still get high power. just would not have such high torque at lower revs. But still a good amount.
(boost being one of many factors to effect power...)
