how to get cd changer out

Does anyone know how to remove the cd changer out of the glove box coz i may have to get a hammer out soon as i cant see any other way

there is a plastic trim that you need to remove first which just unclips and hinges down and forwards (thinks back 2 years). This should expose the mounting screws / brackets. Even if you brake the plastic surround getting it off it can't be expensive to replace (can it?)
