How to lower my 1.9TDI 1P Leon?

Hey guys.

What should I buy to lower my 58 plate Leon Stylance? It's a 1.9TDI. I want good ride quality as I had really bad and harsh suspension in my old car and going back to standard springs on this Leon was a big relief.

Are lowering springs the way to go, coils? What's the best value for money?

What company coils?

Are Eibach Sportline 50mm/35mm what I would probably want to buy?

Unsure if they have been changed before, car is at 112k miles.

At that mileage I'd suggest changing both the springs and shocks.

Would ride quality with new dampers be much better than standard?

It would be better then fitting lowering springs to your current dampers yes.
