How to remove these buttons from 2022 seat Ibiza fr sport

One of these buttons is stuck down in my friends car and we need to get the buttons out for cleaning anyone know how to remove them I can’t find much online. Thanks

The gaiter around the gear selector will pull up, you should have access to the buttons then.
