HPFP Cam follower

Hello all,

Purchased my Mk2 Cupra about 2 weeks ago, looking through the service history I cannot find no evidence that it has been changed (it's just turned 55k).

Looking on the R-Tech site, the part number is 06D109309R, but I cannot find anywhere what sells that exact number. I can find 06D109309C though (and the SEAT garage has found this part number) Is this OK?

Is there anyone around the Grimsby area that I could pay to do this for me? SEAT garage cannot get the car in until next Friday, and it's scaring me driving it atm with no evidence of the work being done.

55k on a standard tune should be fine as long as the car has been serviced. It's the tuned cars with uprated HPFP's that are the worry. Once the airbox/engine cover is off it's a simple 5 minute DIY to change

06D 109 309 C is the correct part number as far as I know, unless there has been a recent release. Probably a simple typo on the R-Tech site or a mix-up with the latest 'R' revision PCV

HPFP cam follower changed @ 55k and it was still like new (slight wear) image attached

Getting map next month so I will probably check every 10-20k
