huddersfield SEAT ive got a long wait

rang huddersfield seat on 15th to book my car in for a cambelt and water pump change as water pump is fooked they advised me NOT to drive car (no **** sherlock) but they cant do it until the 5th oct !!!!!!!!!! so now im carless until then ive never had this prob with anyother dealer.

Why can't you take it to any half capable backstreet garage & get it done for a lot less money?

ive rang IVC and vw works plus 6 other local places and all the prices are within £12 of each other but IVC where £30 more than seat ???? and seat will give me a loan car for 2 days !!!

It's the loan car that's surely making you wait so long. Hire a car yourself and get it done earlier, Enterprise is within walking distance of them - I know as I've done it.

i did ask them if it would be sooner if i didnt want a loan car and they said NO.... anyway ive just looked on http://www.goodgaragescheme.co.uk/ and found a place that will charge just £205 all in. beating all the other prices by at least £60.... booked in for tuesday now.
