I have used these guys, buy online and update via SD card. It improved my MIB2 unit with screen response.

Hello, I aslo looking for update of my MIB 1 Navigation. My SW version si 5F0919866F ECE 2014. I read in the forum, that only 50% of the users of MIB1 system have been able to update theit system by buying a SD card from e-bay. In our days I dont see that king of ofeers (I mean for MIB-1).

After long search i found the correct 0480 software for the car. I used the guide found on this forum

U need vcds a the end to adapt the new software in the unit. u also can ignore the code i think. But i coded it away with this guide.
