Ibiza 1.4, Borg Warner Turbo Actuator Replacement In Situ?

Looking to replace the actuator on my turbo
Is it possible to do this without removing the whole turbo from the car?
Is this an easy job?

Vehicle details Ibiza Mk5, 2009, 1.4 diesel BMS, With a Borg Warner Turbo part Part Number- 045253019JX.

It is possible to change the actuator on the 1.4 TSI in situ so I would imagine it's possible on the 1.4 TDI too. Out of interest, why are you replacing the actuator?

My diesel is quite high millage at 103000
I have the fault code P0243
which reads as Turbo/Super Charger Wastegate Solenoid 'A' fault.

I reported this on my first post to the forum about 6 week s ago.

I have been told that the Solenoid is actually the actuator on the turbo and it most likely that the diapram or spring has gone fault inside the sealed actuator, rather than anything else on the car.

I have a new actuator but the two actuator bolts "will not budge", I have put some penetrating oil on and will give it another go at loosing the bolts but access is really tight.
