ibiza 6L work in progress

thought it was about time to get some pics up on here. so here goes. started with the most standard ones i have of it ( i dont have any of it with the standard front bumper still on) up to date so far... enjoy.

(pics are further down the page as they didnt come up the first time i tried)

forgot to menntion its an ibiza 1.2 & the mods so far are honeycomb front grills, lowered 40mm (or 35 cant remember now) on apex springs, colour coded the lower part of the standard rear bumper for now, facelift front bumper,pre facelift fr/sportrider 16'' wheels & its now got the better style headligts in. oh & painted brakes. future mods include cupra rear bumper, current wheels powdercoated black, lower it more, better interior, lcr front splitter, fr/cupra rear lights & a stainless exhaust. theres loads more but i cant think of it at the min.

there will be some more snaps of the old steed coming soon. it goes for paint tomorrow & a lcr splitter. also the 16s on it are now refurbed & powder coated gloss black, its de-badged & has mud flaps on. ill get some pics up when its back from the paint shop

it don't look so much like a 1.2 now... just need to sort the arse end out now & get a new rear axle with rear discs on as them drums really let it down. i've re-painted them black for the time being so they don't stand out so much but they're off in the bin eventually.

just t-cutted the full car to get rid of all the tar spots, tree sap etc so i thought id take a few snaps to stick on here.

also does any1 want this grill for a straight swap for a black one the same? all the other grills on it are black so it looks out of place... its only on as it came with the bumper & the original didnt have the chrome trim around it

havent updated here for a while so here goes...
i thought id get some chrome indicator bulbs for the front to get rid of the orange reflection inside the lens,
the result is this

then i went & got a tube of this

and did this

although the pictures dont do them any justice. i also polished the ecu up but it hasnt come up all that good to be honest.
then i made use of the old 'ibiza badge i took off the boot and did this

and polished all the engine bay up

and the end result although im still perfecting it is this

also ive got a new zorst coming tomorrow, its nothing special just a standard fr cat back system but at least it will have something sticking out the back then

i will post some proper pics of that when its on & all polished up

how much you after for them dude?
i need to sort out my rattling front suspension before i spend much more on it. it sounds like someone throwing a carrier bag full of spanners down an staircase when i go over bumps in it at the min, so i've got to figure out what it is that's wrong & fix it

You can either have them with the wiring harness or just run them off your H7 connector.
£40 without harness, £45 with
Oh dear, doesn't sound too good. Get BKR to look at it sunday, I may pop round to his if it's not raining so let me know if you want the HIDs and we could fit them if you're coming to his aswell?

ok dude ill have a word with the mrs first as its her car, im just the joey doing it up for her lol yeah ill be there if bkr's about. as long as my mum will have my little lad for a bit while i go. he did say he might have an idea what it might be. it was nearly off up for sale today because of it
