Ibiza FR AUX / USB Replacement

Hi Ibiza people,

I have an Ibiza FR 66 plate and the AUX / USB port has stopped working. I've narrowed it down to the USB port being worn down through use and I'm looking for a replacement part. My SEAT garage doesn't seem interested in helping, so does anybody know where I can source a replacement. I've looked online and I have found a couple for sale, but they are overseas and the serial numbers are not very clear.
I have a clear images of the item attached.

Any help would be appreciated.
