AndyF is running an FR TDi with around 185 and a nice dose of torque.

I'm sure he will be along soon to advise who and where from.

Hey Guys

We can also offer our DPF delete package for these models.

Finished one last week and it pulled 204hp :funk:

Hmmmm - now you have my interest.

What sort of price are we looking at and what system ( OEM with guts removed or DPF delete pipe ? )

What sort of soot levels was it producing ? - would it pass an MOT soot test ?

Interested as well, have changed my journey to work recently and the FR is doing a regen every week without fail now, more power would be a bonus as well :D

Hi Guys

Our DPF delete/tuning package is £650.00 all in, and includes:

  • DPF pipe fabrication/removal - looks standard once complete
  • P-Torque custom software including tuning and DPF delete
  • Dyno power runs before/after
  • All labour/fitting

This work takes 1 day, during which we can offer a courtesy car free of charge ;)

DPF deletes are chucking out a load of smoke, but none of the PD leon's have yet to fail an MOT and i expect it the CR's to do the same. It also all depends on where you go to get it done, imo i'd go somewhere where the words DPF arent used that often by the mechanics :)

Its tempting. what are the warranty issues with this? is it a case of the engine an ecu is gone or is it everything?

Sounds interesting, what sort of torque figures did this car get? I'm not sure what the 'limit' is on the clutch, but if it's much more than mine (416Nm) I'd be more worried about killing the DMF and clutch. I did read that the Mk5 uses the same clutch as the Golf GTD, although I have no idea if this is true, nor if an uprated pack is yet available??

putting mine on a trail basis with the same box i have on the bravo which took it from 150 to 208bhp see if thats any good
