I bet that spoiler hits the aerial when the tailgate is open!! The OEM SEAT ones have a cut out to miss the aerial
My son has a Mk 1 Fabia vRS the lacquer on his spoiler is flaking off due to contact with the aerial. This is a common problem with the vRS

My JE Design one was no where near the aerial.

The JE Design one is nowhere near as prominant (and ridiculous) looking as that other shopping trolley spoiler though
