Hi All, 
could do with a bit of help, recently bought a damaged Seat Ibiza 1.4 SC 2010my 3 door, all repaired but no power steering, we had replaced the power steering pump but still not working, then somebody told me that if we hadnt changed the steering rack then the pump has to be recoded to the rack. Is this a specific dealer only job? Reason i ask is i normally only repair porsches, bought this car for my son, ive just put a new steering pump on an £80k porsche weve repaired and that didnt need coding, so can i just get a local mileage corrector/diagnostics man to recode, would really appreciate your help,
