Ibiza Xcellence Lux Query?

Morning all. I was just wondering If someone could please give me some advice on an issue that's happening with my 2023 Ibiza Xcellence Lux?

Basically, I've recently got a job helping out part time on a farm, but nearly every time that I drive over a cattle grid/grating the car automatically jerks to a sudden stop, and to be honest It's quite annoying. Even when I drive over the cattle grid very very slowly the car will usually suddenly jerk to a stop without warning.

I've tried to find a setting on the car's infotainment system that maybe needs to be turned off but I don't know what to look for?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

If what you've been experiencing is something like this, maybe turning off the Front Assist before approaching the cattle grid could help, without forgetting to turn it back on after you passed over it, of course.

Thanks for the quick reply. And yes, that's exactly what's happening to my car. The brakes are suddenly slammed on without warning, and It's not a pleasant experience either. So I will follow your advice and will definitely try and turn off the front assist function
