Idle Control Valve

Guys need one of these asap as mine is playing up. Seat dealers are quoting me stupid money (£250) does anyone know where I can source one quite cheap?

No probs mate. Just had a quote of GSF £65 which isnt too bad I suppose

Ok looks like I am going to be buying the one from GSF tomorrow.

How easy is this to fit guys? I know that it is located pretty much bang in front of you when looking down on the engine so it is easy to access, just want to make sure I dont mess it up? or should I leave it to a garage?

Will idle control valve from standard 1.4 be ok on 2.0l 16v?

Does anyone know if a idle control valve on a standard 1.4 seat ibiza will be ok for my 2.0l 16v?

erm to be honest mate i aint to sure on that one but as i guess i personally wouldnt chanse that ???? dont hold me to it tho as i said im unsure

I doubt it very much. I think the 1.4 has th idle valve built part of he throttle body unlike the 16v.
