Im Back and with a few questions

I have new car silver 1.8tdci ford focus!! I have a k&n panel filter which is oiled now i remebr ages ago reading oil filters are bad for the maf?? when visiting ********* today they have told me there is a fault with my maf and he gave me fault code 00434. Just wanted to know if any of you have had problems with your brezzas and what you have to say about *********???

MAF's quite regulary go and you are correct, MAF's do not like oil!!

So its a common thing that they go would this cause remap not to work right???? So has anyone got anything good or bad to say about ch*pp*duk?? Any problems with car after remap???

Ive only ever heard bad things about chipped uk.

Lol ye Girlfriends car she works in the salon!!
Spoke to a few companys and they had nothing but bad things to say about chipped uk thats why i asked!! Maby its just jelousy!! Cars booked in thurday at ford to if fault exists shame i aint got a fault reader my self to see!!!

I dont think green are oiled at all(what i used to run), Im running a universil jetex open cone that doesnt seem to be oiled either. Good bit of kit for the price. I assume would be fine for derv also.

Car taken to ford today And guess what they couldnt find one fault! SO whos lieing ch*ppedUk or ford???
does anyone in oxfordshire have fault reader???

I dont think people have actully started threads about them, its just bits ive read in differant posts around the site. So without trawling threw posts NO i cant show you any.

Im sure all these smarties will have the answers.

just up date before i end this topic! i went back to chi**edUk today after being to dealership, And then i told jason(owner of chi**peduk) that dealers couldnt find any faults!! He they called me a liar by saying i hadnt been to dealership because he knows someone that works for them and my car hasnt been booked in at any dealership(although it had)

After this he then told me he couldnt communicate with the obd2 port and that its My sub and amp which is causing problems to much drain he said(not happy by this stage)

I then asked for a refund and thats when it really hit me how much crap the company talks (apparntly i wernt allowed a refund because of the time they spent and if the time they spent was added up he would want £500 labour)

I serously kicked off and started shouting saying if i dont get refund i will take this company to court for fraud!

After about 3mins of me threating him and kicking up a very big amount fuss in front of his customers i was offered i refund by his admin staff!

Whilst leaving chip**eduk he runs up to window and says he just got off phone to his company and they have new software which may bypass issue(i thought chi**eduk wrote there own software guess not)

anyways for all you people with remaps from them i would serously advise you to get on a RR which isnt associated with chi**eduk just to make sure your car was remapped!!!
IN argument he was like do you want to have a go on my wife for 30mins do you!!!LOL(Truth hurts)

I dont think theres anybody on here with a chip from them, and thats proberly half the reason why.

Just last update,LOL

Got car re-remapped by red dot racing in watford and what more can i say car feels very differnet in deed and they gave me 3 print outs
1 when car was standard: 124bhp(CAT BACK AND PANEL)
2 straight after map :139bhp
3 when car had warmd up a little more and in 4th gear: 154bhp/240lbs

well happy with results and at least i can feel it in all 5gears pull hard now which is good

Oh they couldnt see any faults! and they basicly customise all original maps for car to your prefference i asked for performance but maintaning a good mpg!! and dats what i got!!
