Model Year 23/24 Impossible to import phone contacts

Hi,

I've used my wife's Formentor today and noticed I couldn't import my phone contacts.
BT connection is OK, Car Play activated, I can phone, receive calls, but no contact is visible.
Each time I press the "Import contact", I see button is pressed on the screen, but nothing happens.
The contact list remains empty.

Any idea?

Have you given the car permission to access your contacts? Have you ever forced the car's radio to reboot?

Car permission, I think so.
Radio reboot no. BTW, what's procedure to reboot it? Only press for 5s or more the "button" in the lower left corner?
I'll try both.
