In Gear MPH

Anybody tell me what you should get MPH wise when going through each gear
in a standard FR170TDi ?

I ask as my FR appears only to reach 45mph in second(and thats taking the revs high!)

Sure i have seen others on here hitting 80mph in third but that seems a long way
off for mine when i only get 45 in second.

I will give it a blast tomorrow and see what i can get mainly in 1st 2nd 3rd and compare
if anyone else has the info already.

Didn't you make it into 3rd?
Don't forget the TDI's are geared for torque in low revs, so it won't be putting out grea top end speed in each gear, but producing plenty of torque to get you through the gears swiftly
