Induction Kits for 1.4 mpi??

Hi, I wondered what the best induction kits were for the mk3 ibiza 1.4 mpi. Do you have to remove the engine cover to fit them? thanks

i had a green cotton induction kit in my 1.4 mpi for about 6months but recently removed it. personally i think its a waste of time on a small engine lyk dat, unless u got a load of engine mods to correspond with it. Also it increases your fuel consumtion and u can smell petrol sometimes through ur heater.

not really, it sounded great, lyk the whole car was about to take off lol. but switching back to the other air box makes the car have more torque i think.

yeh open cones generally make car drink more i hear. For any kit does the engine cover need to removed for it to fit?

yes i think so.. the engine cover is basically our airbox.... i might gut out my air box to remove the air channling and give it a bigger air intake than the standard little poxy tube

hmm thats annoying, would look good with an induction kit ASWELL as engine cover. oh well

would these 3 all fit? Says for 1995-1999 cars but would it not fit straight on a mk3 1.4?
