Infotainment problem

Hi There
I own a Toledo from 2017 with the infotainment screen without apple car play or navigation (I can install it at the seat dealer if necessary)
The problem is when ever i has connected it via. Bluetooth to any phone, there is a time when the sound just cuts out for just a second and then it's reaper again. It only does this once every time i turn on the car. (So once every trip)
I have noticed that the music on the phone there is playing via. Spotify doesn't stop or pause at all. It seems it only the radio/infoteriet screen there is stopping playing the music.
I have tried holding the on/off button in to restart the screen and this dosen 't help.

Does anyone have the same issue or know a fix for it ?

I had the same issue on my Toledo 2017 Model I did a reset on the unit from within the menus then re setup the Bluetooth from scratch and it it stopped being an issue. Might be worth a try if you haven't already.
