Evening all
I bought my second hand Leon in September 2025. All good with the car (my 3rd Leon) nice low mileage, one owner previously, and the car was on PCP so all services carried out.
Car has been doing OTA updates, can't say they have been regular, but everything seems to run OK on the infotainment system, probably with everyone else's exceptions, ie no update on Radio Station logos and no OTA updates on navigation. No big deal, slightly annoying regarding the Radio Station logos but I can live with it!!
There was an OTA update about 2 months ago, seemed to download OK, but when I tapped the notification symbol it would come up with the following.

So I tap this, then get this message
Unable to start
Background System Services
About 2 weeks ago, there was a sizeable OTA update, think it was OUN8??
This did fully download and install, as when it did, it started back up with a new set-up wizard (which i followed through) i then had to login again on the infotainment screen for my login,.password, and 6 number PIN.
All good I thought, we are fully up to date........still getting the App updates available, followed by Unable to start.......ultra annoying now!!
No loss of DAB stations stored or access to.Android auto, infotainment system (i think) is working fine.......I've attached 3 pics.
Am.i up-to-date with OTA firmware?
And how do I clear the App updates/Unable to start Background Services issue? Master reset possibly?
