Hi,

Put in the dynatwist on Saturday, but havent yet put in the supporting bracket as I couldn't find anywhere suitable to connect it to. There is a bolt hole by the passenger wheel arch, but it looks a too tight fit. Any ideas? what have other people done? it seems to be ok without the bracket or is this dodgy/risky?

I've left the standard cold feed pipe on as well at the moment as I couldnt see enough room to fit in the supplied flexi hose, do I have to remove the battery?
Is the standard feed not good enough?

any advice appreciated

cheers

i bolted mine to where the airbox unbolts by the suspension strut

Yeah thats where i bolted mine.

Battery has stayed where it is and i have removed all the plastic bits from the old feed and the the feed is sat behind the head light till I have time to take the fog light out and cut hole for the feed to sit in.

There is room there just need slowly feed it round and maybe make it oval to get round the corner, but once the plastic bit bhind the light has gone it frees up quite a bit of space.

Thanks for the info Lee :)

Is that the best place for the cold air feed? I thought I heard one of the best places for it is under the wheel arch? is this poss on the LCR?

sorry for all the questions

any where where there is a fresh supply of cool air the gill around the fog light is ideal, I have seen some TT owners with the grill in the wheel arch liner have there feed by the smic.
