Hey,

Basically I had a sub and amp installed in my last car (C2) by bassjunkies and now want it in my Leon.

When I disconnected it from the C2 I took pictures of all the connections so that I could install it myself and avoid another £50 charge, but now I've come to install it I've overlooked one of the connections.

The cable in question is a blue cable that goes from the front to the back and connects to the REM connector on the amp, I just cant remember where it connects to at the front.
There doesn't seem to be any empty connectors in the headunit wiring harness for it to connect to but Im pretty sure I had a seperate blue cable installed in the C2 from the ignition barrel and may have connected to that?

I remember not being able to install the headunit in the C2 myself due to it not having a this blue lead but didn't have this problem with the Leon so does that mean I don't need this blue lead anymore?

Sorry if its confusing but heres the pics I have, any help appreciated for this noob

Thanks

Ahh I see, I suspected it might. Do I just seperate the bullet connectors half way through the blue wire and connect the blue wire from the amp straight to the harness or do I leave it how it is and connect it to that weird crimpled bit coming from the blue lead? Basically does the blue wire from the headunit need to connect to the harness aswell as the amp to the harness?
Such a confusing explanation lol

leave the wire as it i and tap into it with the AMP remote wire, If that spare spade connector in the pic
comes off the remote wire, then swap the bullet connector to a male spade and use that.

Make sure the Amp switches on and off with the ignition or radio.

Thanks, really appreciated. Il try it tomorrow as its literally taken me all day to get the power cable from the battery to inside the cockpit lol
