Hey guys just wondering if anyone knows about insurance companys that specialise in modified or just cheap insurace. I am currently with "ELEPHANT" who have been good to me for the last few years but i cant get the insurance cheaper then a grand im 26 ive got 7 yrs NCB been driving 7 years and no points or claims.

All tips will be welcome and appriciated.

Elephant done the same with me a few years ago,was getting good renewals from them then one year they were so far off and I've never gone back to them. Direct line were the cheapest for me last time round

+1 best for mods, admiral is ok for standard motors. Try putting a bigger voluntary excess too.

Greenlight specialise in modded cars. 23 and 5 years NCB came to £899 for me. Give them a try!!

Yeah played with the access a little but not worth my while £250 is a good ball park figure that I find is best.

That's surprising, I went with them last year, LC TDI, 24 at the time of takin the policy, 7 years NCB and 3 points, alloys and lowering springs declared, £780 fully comp.

Due to renew again next month, now 25 and no points so hopefully they don't decide to rape me this time...

Well i spoke to Green Light, they gave me a half decent price on my car. About £850 but car needs to be on my drive way, but i can have as many mods as i like and the price wont change.

Put the yearly milage as low as you can and say it will be garaged overnight that helped me But i am only 18 1year NCB and no points/convictions

Yeah i ge thwta you mean but you can "lie" on ur insurance and if ur car was parked outside and it got robbed it wouldnt be insured. Green Light seem to be the best buy a long way with having as many mods as u like.
