Interior Cosmetic Mods.

Just wondered if anyone had done anything with their interior in the leon to improve it slightly ?

I was thinking of wrapping the centre console in a gloss black? Are the centre trim parts easy enough to remove with trim removal tools?

any pics or ideas ?

Trim removal guide for the centre console parts is in the FAQ section here. Will be doing mine later in the year, but Hydro Dipping it. You can also get it Flocked (Done by Buzz123 and TFSI_Mike)

LED conversion is a simple and effective mod. Also have a friend who wrapped the plastic bit on his steering wheel and the blower surrounds to match the colour of his car.

You just need the canbus LED's for the changes ? They do the footwell's/glove box/number plates also?

there's a guide somewhere on here on how to remove it all, involves sliding a few bit of thin plastic in between the gaps at strategic points, have a search for it

Ordered the premium led kit, now just need ideas on how to fit? Is it a case of just popping open the holders etc ?

Yeah just pop the holders out, the centre ones its just the clear part that comes off

Custom LEDs as mood lighting. I did red that point down and glow up nice.

id like a handbrake cover, only if i pay half price for one tho

I installed leather to the seats but have done nothing else interior-wise. On my to-do list is LEDs, arm rest, a touch-screen operated head unit that would work with the OEM Bluetooth and steering wheel controls and SEAT floor mats that are a perfect snug fit, but I don't have the money for any of them (perhaps except the LEDs) at the moment.

I wrapped my centerconsole and gauge surroudings + mirror covers with M3 Di-noc carbon fiber wrap.
Looks good to me also Led Interior lights.

Other colours are available for different tastes.

The reason I chose it over painting was its not shiny so no reflections or glare in the sun, which is one its main purposes is motorsport

WTP or 'dipping' is populat for trim parts too, all sorts of effects available

it comes off easilly. Theres just few clips under it. pops right off with 2 flathead screwdrivers.
You dont need Can bus leds on the interior lights, only for outside.

What model does that gear knob in the picture come in?! I'm dying get one for my LCR! But that has an R on instead of the FR I know they are out there but can't for the life of me find em. Can anyone help!
