I'd like to wrap my interior in "alcantara"

Hey everyone, this is my first time posting here (I'll present my car later after taking some pictures).

So I have a 2014 Ibiza 6J with a standard interior and I'd like to nake it a bit nicer. I've already replaced the standard radio with an aftermarket android one. There's a bunch of other stuff I'd lke to do do, but the next thing on my list is to cover some of the interior with fake/cheap alcantara. It doesn't cost much and from what I've seen online it's not really hard to apply and it holds well with time. I'm looking for tips and help from people who have done something similar in their car, and I'd love to see some pics of it too

So what I'd like to do is to cover all of the light grey plastic parts in alcantara. So on the dashboard, door panels, on the back panels,.. I can't take a picture of my car at the moment but here's a pic I've found online of the same interior as mine.
The grey plastic isn't hard, it's soft plastic. (I don't really know how explain it sorry, it's called "plastique moussé" in french). I don't know know if this would affect how the alacantara holds? Maybe it wouldn't stick as well as on hard plastic? Also it's a textured plastic but from what I've seen online this doesnt really affect the adherence of the alcantara.
What's bothering me is the air vents on the dashboard. I haven't someone wrap a similar shape in alcantara before. Could I stretch the alcantara by warming it up like with a covering? I don't really know I've never did something like that before. The other parts don't seem that hard to do but this one part doesn't seem as easy.

Thanks a lot for your help, if you have done something similar in you Seat I'd really like to get you feedback on it
