Interior light control pannel removal

Hi there!


For almost a week now i keep hearing some plastic noises coming from the light control pannel on the roof. If i keep it pressed with my fingers the sound dissapears so i was wondering how to get it removed so I can apply some acoustic sponge or at least to see what is causing the rattle noise up there. Did any of you removed it before? For the last 2 days i kept searching but i found videos only for mk2. Also, i have the sunroof control too, but i'll attach a photo.

Look for ‘electrical system’ manual and Repair Group 96. Just need a trim removal tool to remove.
