Just noticed the interior light options have disappeared! The screen that you used to select the different areas now doesn't exist, There is 1 option for intensity on the menu but even that doesn't work with ignition on or off. It says something like you can't use this function right now... Anyone have any idea whats happened? My guess is seat have removed it with an update but this to me is a massive downgrade to the car.

Must be a 2020- Arona ?. Wonders of MIB3 on the Arona.
You could try a trusty reboot, long press on the on/off button till it reboots but that might be clutching at straws.
Pass that over to others with the 2020- models.
