Intermittent running issues

Hi guys i have a mk2 fr pd170? It Runs fine until it reaches operating temperature, then feels like its missing slightly, engin rocks on idle as if its running on 3 cylinders iv had it plugged in and no faults showing, and it doesn't always do it, very intermittent it can go days without a hitch! Any help very much appreciated. P.s egr and dpf delete, remaped to 221.3bhp

Could be injector issues, have you run some fuel cleaner through it and replaced the diesel filter?

Yes mate 2x fuel system cleaner and a new fuel filter, it had the injector recall in 2012, had the rocker cover off and tested the loom with a multi meter, couldn't find any brakes in the wiring? Getting a bit fed up with it now!

What did you plug it in with, a generic code reader or VCDS?

I used the works computer (foxwell) also had the garage opposite plug it in with a snap-on system
