iPhone 13 not connecting to Full Link

Hello all! I am new to this community.

My wife's Seat Ibiza 2021 is unable to connect her iPhone 13 to Full Link, phone is able to connect via BT but not being able to execute Apple Car Play. We are getting a message such as "unable to connect to iphone" when tapping the car play icon

Everything works fine with my Android and Android Auto.

any ideas?

hello, I had the same the first time with my Formentor, I had to connect it with a usb cable, afterwards it worked using wireless being connect do Formentor hot-spot, but I assume USB wired is better

Make a battery reset
Disconnect the positive pole for 5 min.
After that it should work.
Trie it... nothing can go wrong
