Hi, I just bought an iPhone and after I paired the phone with the car I've noticed that it did not synced the contact photos unlike my previous phone (Nokia L930)
iPhones don't share pictures for contacts over the Bluetooth. Its just one more thing Apple don't think you need so you don't get it!
This has been discussed a few times on here before, no software updates to iOS or cars have brought the functionality. So something that your going to have to live with.
