Fitting Coilovers to a LCR? I've tried looking via the search function but couldnt find any clear cut step by step guides?

Just wondered as i've got my FK's on order and plan on fitting them myself and wanted to see if there's anything tricky that i may come stuck on

the driverside front shock is a pain to get out for some reason, other than that no big difficulty. saying that I got someone else to fit mine as i was too lazy.

cheers for that mate, i may just fit the rears myself then and put it to a garage for the fronts

its the side with the long drive shaft, doesnt move down too well, gentle persuasion and it usually comes out
