2003 PD130 (asz)

I need to replace an intercooler hose, it comes from the intercooler to near the alternator.
The metal tangs on the end nearest the intercooler are mullered and it's popping off under boost.

I've found this pipe from Forge, is it the correct pipe or is it another piece??

I just paid the same for a fuel filter, I assumed it'd be well over £200

TPS is where I bought mine from ,just take the old pipe off and use the part number on it ,if its still visible

To buy from TPS you need a trade account. However I bought one from Seat not about a year ago for £45. Either that or you can make one up yourself using the bayonet adapter you have listed, I also used one of those when building my front mount intercooler pipe work. By the way that forge pipe is wrong, it's designed to go from the turbo into the existing pipe work.

That is not the right part. As per above get direct from Seat. Is it the pipe itself or the clips?

It's the pipe (the metal tangs on the end) it's worn through the metal of the connectors so there's nothing for the clip to grip on.

I've ordered the Forge kit in the end, I need the car on the road and reliable for now.

I found this on Briskoda that is possibly worth a go, I just don't have the time to faf around making it up right now.

Ah, one problem, you can't use GREEN that is VRS stuff - must be RED !!!! (ha ha - sorry)
