Its time for a bit of help

When the lights turn green I pull away from the lights at a safe speed so as to not hold up or obstruct the flow of traffic bringing up the rear

They can only go as fast in the car that's in front of them? If it wasn't 'safe' then they wouldn't make the car would they??
