jacking the engine up?

Hi all, How should I go about jacking my engine up? I need to replace the front engine mount from what I can gather.

ive found that the bolt has come out holding the engine to the engine mount? any ideas where i can get another of these bolts? will the mount be damaged at all you think?

it's possible it'll be damaged, but not likely

just jack the engine gently with a trolley jack under the gearbox (with some wood to protect it)

you don't need to lift it as such,just take the slack up /support it,the front mount is a doddle.

i cant find a part number for this bolt i need, does anyone have it? ive searched on here with no luck...
