Ko3s hybrid will deliver the power quicker then a ko4 bill has put a ko3s hybrid in his wife's lupo and it pushed 316 bhp and gives a consistent 300 even with a pants cooler the build is in his section and to get a price your better phoning or mailing him to discus everything but so far the turbos been great I've been in the lupo and it's mental feels amazing and fuking flys :)

Its not a k03s hybrid, its a k04 hybrid with a k03 hotside. He calls it the k03hybrid+

But for a straight swap the ko3 hybrid is a good choice for those who have a 180 cupra at least you can keep your forge TIP and adapt that to fit a bigger maf get a ko4 thats a new TIP about 140 to 170 depending who you buy from, thats 3 hours labour in most garages takes about 3 hours to fit a turbo i would imagine or extra money to put towards new rods.

But saying That badgers hybrid plus and his own 3" TIP do look the business.

This was partly my thinking, as I have all the supporting mods I'd need it's a pretty straight forward affair!

Bills ko3s hybrid with the various housing and hotside would be alot simpler to fit as you've got all the parts already there except the tip,maf and maybe a bigger air filter, have your exhaust manifold bored out to allow better flow and they are still safer and less likely to see problems then with a ko4 mani as they are already machined with really thin walls.

Also not sure if it's a concern but using Bills koxxxx hybrid will look the same as a standard setup as far as I know so for insurance purposes all would look standard apart from different hoses I only mention it as it put a hault to my plans.
