All the files torque drops off to about 300 lbs ft at 6500 rpm(revo slightly less at 290ish), with the new file as soon as I change gear and drop to 5 k I'm back at 375lbs ft and approaching 380 bhp as opposed to 310 lbs ft on the revo or 330 on earlier apr

Tbh all the files are very good. Revo's adjustability And customers sales are excellent but in my experience APR have also been very good to me and "IMO" my cars is faster than what it was and everyone who has been in it has said the same. As Al says moving the game forward means others will as well :) all good for us!

Good reading this. As for the comments from some on the revo vs APR debate then I think its very healthy and good to here from both sides of the camp.

What I'm a bit surprised it is that Revo charge you for updates and APR doesn't. That, IMO, is a big swaying point towards the Apr map.

I have been given the Revo SPS switch and after speaking to a Revo dealer he seemed a bit clueless and uninterested and wanted to charge me "around" £150 to set it up on my car. That really didn't inspire my confidence tbh, he also said it would take around 2 hours to do so the price seemed even more inflated. I don't mind paying anyone for there services but I won't be ripped off.

:O someone's pulling your plonker!

He wasn't interested man and just didn't inspire me with confidence. When I showed him the sps switch he didn't really know what it was at first lol.

£150 to setup what exactly? the revo settings?

Will have to get mine booked in for the update.

Me and scottmf did a APR Revo 3rd gear pull, both are "stage 2+". Mine has abit of lag, Scott's just went!
He went to Revo HQ, they have told him it's running approx 380bhp.
I was not happy, but hopefully this update will help even it up.
