...and should I take it back again?

The car was in M.K. Seat for 2 days having the rattling dash, and "flapping" seat sport engine cover looked at. The instrument cluster in the dash rattles on anything less than smooth tarmac, and the glue holding the "Seat Sport" engine cover bit is melting off, and it hits the engine cover!

The verdict?

Engine cover totally caked in some PVA by-product, and the rattling is WORSE! [:@] While i'm on one, the dirvers side headlight condensation is so bad, water droplets have kinda stained the inside of the lamp lenses (kinda like a limescale effect in a kettle) and i'm sure it obstruct's the lamps output at night, and it looks pretty awful during the day.

What should I do? It took them 3 weeks to book it in last time as I wanted a loan car (that was a joke too). Any advice would be greatly apreciated!

Complain like mad, but u'll prob find that the dash will always rattle what ever the dealers do, interior trim quality is pretty low! :(

I had a headlight changed under warranty, and then it still steamed up, ended up drilling holes in the back of the headlight cover which has almost eliminated the problem! Silica gel also helps! :D
