k03 hybrid 3inch intake coming along

this is my take on a high flow intake for a k03 hybrid as badger 5 only did a high flow for a k04 based turbos i decided to make my own so me and my mate jim got on the lathe and bashed out a one off. pics below.

You moving your gear cables and water pipe to fit the bigger pipe onto it yea like I did on lupo?

Yer I do apologise for stealing your design.
Yer going to move water and gear cables to fit bigger pipe
Only difference is your syle ko4 one has one less join than mine.

I hope it works the theory is Thier but as my car was pushing 223g/s before
I can't see it has much more to give if any at all.

thats what the lupos running (albeit on its K04 comp housing K04/3) hybrid thingy)

gear cable relocate was the biggest pia..
coolant pipe, cut it, and use flexi to heat matrix of cut/blank it and use a T further up the same pipe to expansion bottle and feed matrix from their (what lupo has)

Cheers matey update moved water pipe just dreading when I drop it in on Sunday having to move gear cables! off the car they look like they will clear, as I have ditch the heat shield and wrapped the cables back to the shift box we shall see pic below

Wrapped gear cables insted of shield I cut the shield and wrapped it around the cables then silver tapped them, boj i know but the shield was a gonner kept falling off hope it works

Update engines in I'm so glad it all fits had to move gear cables was a bitch made a 8mm thick ally bracket to move it over an inch or so.
