K04 conversion, help please???

Thinking of putting a k04 turbo on my Ibiza mk3 cupra, it's currently got the k03, what would I need to convert to k04? Can I use my existing manifold ect? I kno I will probs need a new downpipe but not sure wot else,
Any help would be most appreciated

Downpipe (though QPENG do one for the ibiza which is a perfect fit for the conversion)
manifold
oil lines to and from (Oil return may need modifying to clear the rear engine mount)
water lines to and from
Turbo intake pipe
Map

Your manifold wont work, youd need the k04 item

LCR/TT/S3 MAF
LCR TIP
Custome down pipe
Then a custome map...

Much easier (and cheaper) to just a k03 hybrid..

You will need, maf 3", inyectors 386, and the same of k03...

Why you should use the intake manifold of lcr? Interior dimensions are not the same?

inlet is irrelevant unless youve got an AGU coded engine which i doubt he will have...
I think he was referring to the exhaust manifold which you will need for the k04

And yes a k04 manifold exhaust and inlet will fit any 1.8T engine

yes deffinitely need to swap it, yes deffinitely fits straight on. No downpipe will fit directly unless you buy aftermarket like QPENG

Ok, I thought, I was talking about the intake manifold, sorry

But, do you know if the intake manifold of the leon cupra R or audi TT BAM, is the same of that the Ibiza cupra mk3?

i dont unfortunately...
check to see if the throttle body is on the same side, and then see if you can get injector part numbers and cross reference

BAM intake manifold mounts the same as the AQX/AYP ibiza mani with the throttle body being on the right hand side as you look into engine bay (it may have an couple of extra lugs on the bottom but apart from that it's pretty much the same)

Injector wise BAM injectors will fit straight into the ibiza mani as that's what i'm running on mine
