K04 MK3 Ibiza Cupra Track Ready - RIP

Nice weather today thought id crack on and finish off some lose ends i havent got round to
ans just some general tidiny up.

started off by setting up the single wiper conversion properly

found it to be filthy under the scuttle panel

so gave it a clean and polish

set up nicely

next was to took the carbon canister sensor under the scuttle (thing that bloody ticks)

started striping the wire protector and insulating tape off

hidden away nicely

all sorted good as new

decided to paint the charge pipe black and change the connecting hose to the turbo

home made tripod lol

old hose

new blue one

paint in VHT black paint

all done

got a plan to change the bay abit aswell as the inside

also got to sort my horn switch out as wont be able to the centre momo horn

got the bits i need, just got to do it lol

I broke the switch after mounting it yesterday lol need to buy a new one

Had a few more things turn up in the post today

so got cracking

ended up looking like this

decided i had enough vht paint left to do the strut brace

need to sort the hose off the throttle body, have ordered a specially made hose from sfs hoses just waiting. also ordered the thinker inlet gasket from bill guna spray the inlet to!

fitted my snap off boss kit and wired a horn switch just in front of the speedo clocks

recieved these little beautys, if you can figure out what they are you might know where this project is leading lol

Nice work, thats the snap off boss i was looking at now as it doesnt bring the wheel too far forward!

Inlet will finish the bay off nicely
